Improving the digital experience … for your employees

We’re so focused on our customers that sometimes we forget about the importance of giving a great digital experience to our employees. Are we enabling them to do their best work with the tools and workflows we have at our command by effectively automating processes and workflows within the business? In this talk, I will cover five areas where you probably haven’t considered using your existing tech stack for the benefit of your own team, and will share ways to delight them using business intelligence gained from your Drupal website and Mautic instance.
