The month of May is a special month to me - it’s a month where the condition which I live my life with is showcased through Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Awareness Month.

This year has been quite a year - I’ve been working hard on building up my strength, pacing, and a whole lot of acceptance and kindness to myself - and the result is that I am probably the most well I have been in about a decade.  I’m going to use this month to share some insights into living a full, joyful and active life with EDS.

I’ll be writing some of the articles, but I’m also inviting some of the people who have helped me along the way to share their insights as well.

I’m hoping to be able to post something each day, but we’ll see how we go!  Feel free to ask questions and if there’s anything specific you’d like to know just drop a message in the comments!

If you’d like to support the Ehlers-Danlos Society, I’ve set up a fundraiser page here - feel free to donate any amount you can afford :)
